Horrible experience - GREYHOUND

I had taken a bus from Sacramento to San Jose with a transit at Oakland on 19th September 2015. The bus started around 5-10 minutes late from Sacramento, and reached Oakland around 40 minutes late. When I checked with the Greyhound staff at Oakland on my connecting bus to San Jose, they told me that it had already left!!!! When I asked them what I was supposed to do now, their blunt answer was to take the next bus which was after 4 hours!! I somehow managed to take a Bart from Oakland and then a bus and finally reached san Jose. The was my first experience with Greyhound, and maybe the last one!!
