I've been using Greyhound to take me all over BC for 2 years now for work. I've never had a problem, the drivers have been nice, the latest I've ever been was 20 minutes, and overall I've had a great experience. Until today. Ive had a bad day, and it's 36 degrees out. I'm sweaty and tired and pretty irritated. While resting my arm on the cool metal of the emergency exit bar, my phone slipped down that little crack. As soon ad I felt it slip my eyes opened up and I started freaking out. I've had this phone for almost 4 years and it doesn't have a single scratch, I've kept it in perfect condition. I have most of my work on my phone, and while it's only a $450 phone, the information on my phone for my work is worth thousands. This work is ONLY on my phone, and when I approached the bus driver about getting it out? "You shouldn't have been silly with it it's gone now" EXCUSE ME? It slipped, and why do these buses have that damn crevice anyways?! I'm not paying $237 for a 6 hour bus ride every week when you're going to talk to me like that. I asked him if my destination depot would have a long magnet that could get it out and he said "maybe you'll have to ask". Great. So now I get to sit on this bus for another 3 hours not being able to access my work and prepare for tomorrow's workday (I'm currently on my iPod which was in my purse). Come on Greyhound, I expect more of your workers. And I suggest that you make a port specifically for holding phones if you don't cover up that cervice! I love the window seat but I don't think I'll be going with Greyhound any longer due to this. I'm a young businesswoman who requires safe, efficient, reliable and stress-free transportation. Greyhound has a lot of faults in my eyes right now. It's up to them to fix them.
