Greyhound Bus Complaint

Very disgusted with Greyhound customer service!
I am posting my concern here as a warning for all people who plan to use Grayhound Bus Lines in the future.
My brother is in Birmingham, AL, waiting for me to buy his ticket online for the bus, when he was asked to leave the premises if he doesn't have a ticket already. His phone is now dead and has no way to receive a confirmation number to even get into the building to get his ticket at the desk.
I have now been on the phone with customer service and the corporate offices, just be told, " I don't know what to tell you" I am absolutely disgusted with the lack of customer support with this company!
I am still unable to get in touch with the Birmingham location and my brother is still sitting outside, alone and worried, as am I!
