Greyhound in Newark said our 9:55 bus was delayed, closed and threw us on the street and left us to wait with no employees and no info and no help. It's Friday night, no customer service till Monday. It's 130am, kids sleeping on luggage on grimy street, and were still waiting. This is unacceptable.
