  • Great Canadian Tour

Took 10 week Tour VCR to NFLD and back, train bus and ferry. Startled Via Rail, moved to Greyhound in Saskatoon for flexible schedules and routes. And I simply fell in love with you. Clean comfy buses, great drivers and sweet service at depots and stops. Loved the stops at Independent stores, service stations and fast foods Tim Hortons rules! Loved Canada: the rich resources, sweet little towns and beautiful Canadian people! But this is about your people, everyone so friendly and helpful and sincerely interested in my comfort and security. I have100 stories of above and beyond.... More...

  • The bus is late. And still hasn't shown up

We have been standing in a line for >one hour. This is ridiculous and a waste of time. I will strongly recommend to anyone never to use your buses. I am a very unhappy costumer and will never use your buses again. I am a student at cornell and a strong influence with local businesses. I strongly recommend that if this is a regular occurrence you should disclaim it when buying tickets or offer refunds. This is poor service and unacceptable from a business. More...

  • Greyhound Bus Customer Service Review

I wish to commend one of the staff of Greyhound. On my was from Providence, Rhode Island to New York, there was no available ticket for the sid time that I wanted. I met a Greyhound staff named Janet Martinez of the Kennedy Plaza Greyhound Office. She was very helpful and patient. She was professional and cannot but say she treated my case with utmost love for her job. As a result of her attitude that day, I have recommended most of my friends to travel with Greyhound. More...

  • Greyhound actually worked for me

Even though the customer service guy the first time I rode was a little sarcastic I actually couldn't be happier. The driver, I believe named Dave, who operates 1679 was an absolute comedian and made me feel really safe while riding from Pittsburgh to Harrisburg. I noticed my trip back is going to be the same bus number and hope the same driver, that guy deserves a bonus for being so nice. He runs down the list of things not to smoke and informs everyone not to swear even if talking to themselves (lol!). I got left by a megabus in Harrisburg because I didn't know where the stop... • My first Greyhound trip in a long time

so actually this is going to be a review that is actually pretty good for Greyhound. I started my trip out in Jacksonville, FL and was headed to Chicago,IL. I left Jacksonville,FL on time and then headed to Savanah GA where I changed buses headed to Atlanta, once again everything was on time, then a early morning 1230am change of buses from Atlanta to Chicago. Arrived in Chicago on time. Here is the thing about Greyhound, for those of you expecting something more (turndown service and high end drinks ) will not like Greyhound. You have to change buses if you are going long distances and yes... More...
