  • First Greyhound Experience was good

I rode Greyhound for the first time ever on a round trip from jax fl to Tallahassee fl in the week of July 7th. Overall I would say my first time experience was pretty good with no real issues with the company itself. The Jacksonville terminal was clean and spacious with a decent number of seats while the Tallahassee terminal was pretty cramped on all sides. Both times the buses arrived early and left a few minutes late, mostly due to passenger issues from what I could tell. The terminal staff at both cities while definitely not friendly were not particularly rude either. They made every... More...

  • My Trip

On Feb 1st 2015 my 800am Detroit bus had no driver so we waited for another to show up. Driver Wggins came in to find 3 yes 3 drivers called in so she put as many people from all three buses on one and away we went. Into the worse slippery snow fall of the year. She was great getting people as far as she could. The rest of us ended up in Grand Rapids Michigan. We where stuck there of course because no other buses where running. but Ms. Wiggins got us safely there though the storm. ice building up on the wipers real bad and strong winds. I for one wanted to say Thank You to her for what... More...

I, along with my wife and three children below 7 years including one six month old baby boarded Greyhound Bus from Brooklyn city in New York, USA on the 19th Dec. 2014. We needed to change the bus at Manhattan, New York, USA in order to come to Buffalo as we were destined to Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We did board the bus on time at Manhattan on the 19th Dec. 2014 and arrived at Buffalo, New York, USA. We, however, were not able to trace our luggage on that bus. We were told by the driver of the bus to immediately contact the Baggage Lost & Found Section of Greyhound at Toronto Bus... More...

  • Wisconsin to VA Beach

Last month, I had the pleasure of taking a bus trip from Eau Claire WI to Virginia Beach. I took this trip with two of my kids, ages 16 and 14. It was cheaper to take the bus than to drive, if you add the expenses of hotels along the way if driving. Like any travel adventure, there was some good, and some things to be improved: Good: 1. Some of our buses had WiFi. Nice! 2. Security in the terminals - good to see. (My daughter takes Greyhound from VA to Wisconsin on a regular basis - good to see security) 3. Terminals overall were clean - Pittsburgh terminal was remodeled from... More...
