Extremely dissatisfied with Greyhound bus lines. Bought my ticket three weeks in advance, checked in when bus station opened, two hours ahead of departure. Was immediately told (right when the station opened) that the bus was already full and I would have to depart on the following day. Extreme inconvenience not only to myself but my family (transportation) in the departing city and arriving city. Will not ever travel greyhound again. I will not recommend greyhound to anyone. Will be in contact with my lawyer and the ICC. Overbooking of seats, if it is not against the law, it should be. From my perspective, greyhound does not care about its passengers/customers at all. Take Amtrak , fly or drive yourself!
