Greyhound busses are always late and I missed funeral

Greyhound is awful. My bus from Saltlake city to Denver was late like always because greyhound bus ses are always late and my layover went from 1 hour to 24 hours, TWENTY FOUR HOURS. That is totally unacceptable. And how do they handle it? They don't. They simply don't care. I will never use greyhound again and if you don't want extreme layovers you won't ride greyhound either. Zero stars. Called customer service twice and they hung up on me. Never again and I will post to all social media outlets available spread the word people.
