Greyhound doesnt help Military families - Greyhound Bus Co.

If your MILITARY hold off on buying tickets till they are officially home. My husband was deployed and on his way home from his deployment and his leave and everything was approved before he got back so I bought tickets for my family to go home for the holidays. The day after I bought tickets the deployment got extended. I have tried talking to people about getting a refund and they are refusing to give it to us so I gave up and figure I just exchange it for another date and because I printed tickets at home they cant exchange the date for me. These people suck at helping military families, they may give good discounts for bus tickets for the military but if something happens like an extended deployment they could give too shits what happens
