Back in January I rode one of your buses from Charlotte to Ohio. After getting home I found I had a bug I had never had before in my house. I've been actively attempting to rid myself of these pest since, which I assumed came from the hotel I stayed at. I again rode one of your buses from Charlotte NC to SC (just last week), while on it a passenger alerted me that there was a bug climbing on me. It was a BEDBUG! The exact same bug I've been battling in my home since the first time I rode one of your buses. To say I'm disgusted is an understatement. I will WALK before I ever purchase a ticket from you people again. Get an exterminator! Take CARE of your buses AND your passengers! I'm appalled & more than angry. In my 40 years of life I've NEVER even seen one of these pests, until I rode with you. My children wake up with lumps from these bites, they have cried & are afraid to go to bed, because of your company. I have spent 100's of dollars trying to exterminate them from our life!
