Issues relaed bus service


I was travelling from Yorkdale,ON to Yorkton,SK with e-ticket which is not refundable.
Unfortunately, it was flood in Wawa,ON .So bus driver refused to go ahead. I was waiting for 9 hours and than they send me back to Barrie,ON where I am living.
Now I want to go by air because trans canada highway is not good. I have to reach to Yorkton,SK . So I want refund on this ticket as a customer appreciation. I am an international student.
I hope that Greyhound bus company ll understand my situation and consider me in a special case.
