Misadvdvertise prices on website - Greyhound bus


Tried to buy a ticket for Greyhound. I chose "advanced price" on website and tried for several days and it would give me error message at end. When I called, they just said "that price is not available anymore" even though it still lets you select that price. I wasted hours of my time trying to figure it out and on hold over the phone. If a price is not availble, it should NOT be on their website.
