NO BUSES for ticket holders


Today I was travelling from Frederick to Pittsburgh. I had a ticket on Greyhound and the bus which came had only 10 seats. They said there will be 2 more buses, and about 50 people waited for over 5 hours but the 2 buses never came. How can they sell more tickets than the number of seats...really pathetic service....never travelling again by greyhound.
