You'd be better off walking. Terrible security. Suuuuuper scummy and dirty bus. Customer service center is a cruel joke. It is a wonderful option if you are sort of reject miscreant who likes to travel on a rickety bus with broken amenities and likes to be accused of being a liar and a cheat by customer service staff. My best part of the experience is when the representative told me that there were no supervisors in the call center to handle my complaint and then hung up on me!
