Ticket Refund - Greyhound bus ticket
So I bought a ticket and the departure time was 4:25 pm and I arrived about 20 mins prior to bus leaving. I was outside of the designated gas station that they stop at and I was wondering when the bus was gonna arrive and the guy at the gas station told me he had already left. He never showed up to the gas station to begin with so I was lost as of why he had left without even coming to his designated place. The guy at the desk told me that he doesn't like driving to the station and that he called from the local McDonalds and asked if any passengers were there and since the guy at the desk didn't see me he assumed no one was there. I had to purchase another ticker for the next day. I just need my money back because the bus driver said he would have took my old ticket but the customer service people told me I had to buy a new one.
