trip to Toledo, Ohio from Chicago, Illinois


Hello, I'm writing in regards to my trip from chicago to toledo Ohio on friday, March 24 2017. First off I'd like to say that it's not just me, it was also my 87 year old mother, on this trip. Let me say that our bus driver was FABULOUS!!!! He made a very nice welcome statement which made us smile and feel comfortable with him from minute "GO". The big....very BIG, problem was the bus. Fortunately for you all, it was a very full bus. As for us travelers, we were very, VERY, uncomfortable as the air conditioner was not working...at all. If you choose to look back on the weather outside that day, March 24th 2017, you will see it was unseasonably warm. Temperatures were high 70's, maybe low 80's, very warm. I can tell you that inside that full bus, with 2 small vents in the roof, one up front, and one in back, we were MORE than uncomfortable. That's a horrible situation for anyone to be stuck in, I'm sure you'll agree. I'm requesting a refund for our trip that day......it was hard on us all, but my mother was miserable.
