Horrible service


I do not mind if Greyhound bus es are always chronically late an hour or several hours, but your overbooking policy is simply unacceptable. My experience makes me wonder if this company has any future. When a passenger, who has a valid Greyhound ticket for a specific bus at a specific time and your Greyhound ticket conditions in the ticket specifically state that the ticket is only valid for that specific bus at that specific time, tries to enter that bus and the Greyhound driver threatens to call 911 if you do not get lost because she thinks that the bus is full - I do not think Greyhound has much future. Certainly I will not recommend Greyhound to anybody anymore.
