they took from us and are rude
WTF! Is wrong with this company yall Irvin Cobb location SUCK ASS yall website and app ain't shit yall keep ducking ppl over like get yall damn seating organized y the hell are yall selling tickets n letting ppl pay priority which they make u pay when u get there if its booked making ppl waste there money my bf brought his ticket a wk in advance last time for a BOOKED BUS but yall let ppl on b4 him that jus got they ticket gave him another ticket and told him to get and said next time get priority that's almost 300 bc I grey hound left they outside world no place to go so I had to pay over the phone for him a room so this time he got his ticket online again and got priority when he got there and nobody told him it was BOOKED AGAIN let him pay priority (which let's u ahead) made him get a WHOLE mother ticket so now he's out of 187.50 first ticket 145room 183.50second ticket=$516 so what was pose to be a 187.50 trip on to put a down payment on our apartment for our family made us short
