Greyhound horrible timing and service


My first bus was late and the system was down so I couldn't print my pre purchased ticket. I explained my issue to the service desk and they told me to get in my terminal. SO I is. THE driver wouldn't let me on the bus unless I have her my id even after u showed her my email ticket. Then going back home the bus left thirty minutes early knowing that he had more people showing up so now I'm stuck driving an hour out of my way to chase a bus down that may possibly not be at the station. I have to get on this bus to be at work on time tomorrow. Overall a very frustrating and shitty company to ride with.
