My parents were traveling from Toronto to Ottawa and they don't have a cell phone with them. Called the 1800 number from the grayhound website and they asked to contact the local office in Ottawa. Tried at least 20 times in one hour and got only one answer." We are currently assisting the customers at the terminal and leave a message. Left a message and no response at all.
